I have to be honest with you; I have mixed feelings about promoting the fact that I’m a woman and this is a woman-owned business. After all, some people might feel like a woman isn’t qualified to run a home improvement company—particularly one of the largest one of its kind in the Northwest. Other people might just shrug and say “who cares.”
But then again, if you understand that a woman started this company, it might help you recognize and understand how DIFFERENTLY we do things. I absolutely HATE when salesmen try to take advantage of me, so I instituted a strict no tricks, no pressure sales policy. I don’t want people to ever have to worry about the products we sell for as long as they live—so I made sure we have the longest COMPREHENSIVE warranties in the business. I’m a woman who’s wired like a woman.
But don’t mistake kindness and compassion for
weakness or “pushover.” I demand MORE from my employees than anyone else anywhere in the country—male or female. We only hire the best people, and we expect a lot from them. We train them better, we pay them better, and we take better care of them. And guess what - they do a better job, by FAR, than my competitors’ workers.
So don’t call me because I’m a woman, call me because we do things RIGHT. We do things BETTER. We do things OUR CUSTOMERS LIKE. Give us a chance to earn your business and we will show you
The DaBella Difference.
